Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Cynex Shield subscription at any time from the Billing Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, your account will revert to the Free Tier.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time subscribers to Shield Pro or Shield Standard plans.
- If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund.
- Refund requests made after 14 days are not eligible, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
- Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable unless a cancellation request was submitted prior to the renewal date.
3. Enterprise Contracts
Cynex Enterprise plans involve custom contracts. Cancellation terms for Enterprise customers are governed strictly by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed during onboarding.
How to Request a Refund
Please contact our support team at billing@cynex.ai with your account email and transaction ID. We process valid refund requests within 5-7 business days.
